According to a recent announcement by the Hellenic Copyright Organization (HCO) - https://opi.gr/wp-content/uploads/08_09_2025.pdf - entities without the necessary authorization from the Ministry of Culture do not have the right to manage the intellectual property rights and related rights of creators and performers, nor to issue licenses for public performance of music in restaurants, cafes, and other businesses in Greece.

The renewal of the successful Collective Agreement between AUTODIA and the Pan-Hellenic Union of Radio Station Owners (PEIRAS) was signed on 22th, May, 2025. The Collective Agreement was signed at the AUTODIA head office by the BoD Chairman Yiannis Glezos, and the President of PEIRAS, Antonis Grigoropoulos.
