The Society collects royalties on behalf of its composers, authors, music publishers and other rightsholders from all uses of music works, such as Public Performance (background), Live Concerts, Radio/TV stations, Online, Mechanical Reproduction, as well as Private Copy, with a minimum deduction fee for covering its operational and management costs.
Namely, autodia’s deduction fees are as follow:
- 20% on public performance royalties
- 11% on mechanical reproduction royalties
- 20% on public performance royalties and 11% on mechanical reproduction royalties both coming from sister societies
Moreover, AUTODIA fulfills all legal and operational requirements in accordance with the new national framework and the Directive 2014/26/EU on collective management of copyright and related rights and multi-territorial licensing of rights in musical works for online use in the internal market.
Therefore, it can legally proceed to collective negotiation agreements with representative bodies of music users in Greece and participate in the licencing process of multi-territorial online uses of music works.
