1. What is the use of the Autodia Digital Platform?

The Autodia Digital Platform my.autodia.gr was created in order to facilitate the Autodia users. Through the Digital Platform, you can have full control of your business. More specifically, you can execute payment, issue on-the-spot Public Performance License, and have all the information related to your business in one place.

2. How can I issue a Public Performance License?

You select the branch you want from the Establishment screen and then select a New Request. Once the Public Performance License request appears on your screen, you select the necessary information listed on the screen and then execute the payment. The License and Invoice will be sent to your email.

3. How can I pay through the Autodia Digital Platform?

Payments through the Autodia Digital Platform are made exclusively with your Debit or Credit Card, no matter which bank it belongs to.

4. How can I contact Autodia?

You can contact Autodia either through the "Contact" section or by calling 210 3215278.

5. I forgot my password how can I recover it?

In case you have forgotten your password, you can simply select "Forgot your password?" on the login screen, then enter your email address, this way you will be able to recover your password.

6. How can I reset my password?

You can select the profile icon at the top of the Screen, type in your current password and then type in your new password.

7. How can I register to the Autodia Digital Platform?

All you need to register to the Autodia Digital Platform is your email, phone number, VAT number, and a password that only you will know. At each stage of the process, the platform informs you of the steps you need to follow.

8. Where can I find all the necessary information about my business in one look?

In the "Overview" tab you will find all the details of your business, the number of Establishments you own, and the number of applications you have submitted to the platform.

9. Where can I find a summary of all my Establishments and my debts?

In the " Establishment " tab you can see all your Establishments and any debts. By selecting each Establishment, you can view their basic data, edit them, and apply for a new Public Performance License.

10. Where can I find my total Obligations?

In the "Obligations" tab you can find all your debts, see the analysis of each debt, proceed to payment, and download the Public Performance License of your branch and the invoice for payment.

11. Where can I check what payments, I have made?

In the "Payments" tab you can find all the payments you have made.

12. Where can I find the requests, I have submitted?

In the "Requests" tab you can find all your requests and a short description of the type of each request.
