AUTODIA at SFP 2025 in Toronto

With the participation of 200 representatives from Collective Management Organizations (CMOs), music publishers and technology providers, the annual meeting of the Society Publisher Forum (SPF), organized by CISAC and ICMP (International Confederation of Music Publishers), was held in Toronto, with the collaboration of organizations such as AIMP, IMPA, IMPF, Music Publishers Canada, APEM, CMRRA, as well as sister society SOCAN.

AUTODIA’s position has been upgraded with immediate effect, by decision of the BIEM General Assembly on 27/5, as the Greek society became Voting Member of the international organization. The AUTODIA BoD Chairman, Yiannis Glezos, stated that this development constitutes an excellent opportunity for the Society to extend its cooperation with all CMOs of mechanical rights in the world, as well as to strengthen Mechanical Rights in the territory of Greece.

AUTODIA-PEIRAS: Renewal of Collective Agreement for 2025-2026

The renewal of the successful Collective Agreement between AUTODIA and the Pan-Hellenic Union of Radio Station Owners (PEIRAS) was signed on 22th, May, 2025. The Collective Agreement was signed at the AUTODIA head office by the BoD Chairman Yiannis Glezos, and the President of PEIRAS, Antonis Grigoropoulos.

An event on New Developments in Intellectual Property Law was held on 20th May, at the "Alkis Argyriadis" Hall of National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, in the context of the presentation of the Collective Volume "Intellectual Property, Interpretation under Article L 2121/1993" (published by NOMIKI BIBLIOTHIKI), which was edited by the internationally distinguished lawyer at the Supreme Court of Athens and Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Nicosia, Cyprus, Irini Stamatoudi.

With a dynamic presence and active participation, Autodia took part in the General Assembly of GESAC, which took place in Brussels, on its 35th anniversary.
