An important agreement for the mechanical rights of AUTODIA’s represented creators / rightsholders was signed on 12/3/2021, between the Greek collecting society and IFPI Greece, in collaboration with BIEM.

An important agreement for the mechanical rights of AUTODIA’s represented creators/rightsholders was signed on 12/3/2021, between the Greek collecting society and IFPI Greece, in collaboration with BIEM.

The agreement of the Phonographic Industry, which was concluded after many months of negotiations between all parties, has retroactive effect from 01/01/2018, lasts 4 years with automatic renewal, and activates the cooperation of AUTODIA with each Greek record company separately, member of IFPI, for concluding to a licensing agreement, regarding the represented repertoire of the Organization.

BIEM, of which AUTODIA became a member in 2017, represents 55 Collective Management Organizations in 58 countries around the world managing the mechanical reproduction of copyright works.
